Available Space      

We will work with your needs to provide the best solution for your business, and we strive to provide the highest quality of service. We know how important it is to have a great location. Our shopping center is located on one of the busiest streets in Evansville. Take some time to research your customer base, and get an idea for what types of customers you are looking to target. We will make a recommendation based on the information you provide, so the more you are able to tell us, the better.

Because we have a bi-level showroom, you have an opportunity to rent as many booth spaces as you like on either floor! And if you have any product that is high-value or needs to be secured, we offer lockable glass display cases. We will protect your merchandise and ensure the product stays in our hands until it is purchased.

Rental Cost      

Our booths start as low as $50.00 per month. Some spaces may vary in cost depending upon the structure of the building and the layout of surrounding booths. If you are interested in renting a space that is already occupied, we have a waitlist that allows us to notify you when a booth becomes available.

Sales Reports      

To help you better track and manage your sales and inventory, we provide you with access to view your daily sales at any time. All you need to do is visit our web site and login with your booth number and password (click here, or you may use the "Vendors Login" button at the top of the page). If you prefer a hard copy, you will still receive a copy of your monthly sales report with your check, and you can also request a report by coming into the store and asking any employee for it.

Commission Fees      

We charge a commission fee of 10% on every item sold. This covers the fees of the financial institutions for using their credit payment systems, and helps protect us in the event of a chargeback. This fee is also used to promote your business with advertisements. We have several channels, including online mediums, radio, flyers, newspaper ads and promotional materials distributed at rest stops, hotels, and other local businesses. We are always open to new venues, so if you have a recommendation, please let us know!


All rent payments are deducted from your sales, excluding the inital payment to setup your booth. Any unpaid account balance is due by the 1st of every month, or you may incur late fees. You may pay with a check, cash, or a credit/debit card.

Check Distribution      

We promptly distribute checks for monthly sales to all of our vendors on the 3rd of every month. You may collect your check and sales reports by visiting the center register. You may also provide a self-addressed stamped envelope to have your check mailed to you. If you notice any discrepancies, it is important to mention them at the time of collecting your check so that we can correct the error and re-print your check immediately.
